Interior Home Painting

SET UP- This is the biggest step. Preparation is a big factor on what the final outcome will turn out to be. Our first step is we move all furniture to the center of the room and cover with plastic. Next,  we cover all wood flooring with red rosin paper and carpet with plastic.  We remove all outlets and cover all other surfaces that are not to be painted such as: cabinets, countertops, and lights. 

PREPARATION- First we fill any holes and cracks in your ceilings and walls. We then seal any stains and scuff sand any necessary surfaces. Fill holes with wood filler and caulk new or old casing (if needed). Next, we sand all trim, doors, and wood surfaces prior to painting. After we lightly sand all of the walls and cover nail holes on the walls. 

PAINTING- We first spray all doors, trim, crown molding, and baseboards. Next we roll ceilings. We brush and roll the walls with the first coat of quality premium paint. After it dries we sand one last time to remove any imperfections. The the second and final coat of paint is brushed and rolled.

CLEAN- We treat your home just like it is our own – with the utmost care and respect. Therefore, we try to leave everything right where we found it and we pay close attention to doing a thorough job cleaning the work area.

INSPECT- After our own inspection, your job site supervisor will walk you through the space, giving you the opportunity to review our work and to provide any initial feedback.
